• Information needed to respond to an enquiry about swimming, netball, youth mentoring or jobseeker support.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide information about our services, manage registrations and communicate with people who use or enquire about our programmes. We may also use website information to maintain and improve the site.

If you join a programme, we may need additional information to deliver it. We will explain relevant collection and sharing arrangements through our registration forms or programme privacy notices.

Who We Share Information With

We may share information with staff and service providers who need it to help us operate our website, respond to enquiries or deliver our services. We may also share information where you have authorised us to do so, or where the law permits or requires it.

Information collected for a funded programme may need to be shared with the relevant funder or referral agency. We will explain that sharing when you join the programme.

We do not sell personal information.
