Motivationz Netball offers netball training programmes as well as health, fitness and nutrition advice using our decades of experience at an international level. It is this total understanding of netball that sets Motivationz apart from the rest. 

​First, your child will learn the fundamental skills of Netball including passing, catching, shooting, attack and defence. Secondly, they will learn to utilise these skills effectively with their other team members to create a winning team. ​

In all sports, your mental strength is just as important as your technical ability. We will develop your child’s mindset in determination and hunger. This is interwoven with learning the technical skills of the game.
